[VIDEO] The GOP Wonders, Does the White House Have an Internet Problem?

President Obama is constantly criticizing Congressional Republicans for having no 'jobs' plan of their own, lately using the refrain "We Can't Wait" to portray them as petty obstructionists without any helpful solutions of their own. But as this succinct video from the House Republican Conference points out, the Republicans, in fact, do have a jobs plan, and theirs was out in the open and on the web long before President Obama's omnibus, convoluted, pass-it-now package full of demonstrably failed policies. I'm sure the White House doesn't mean to distort or demogogue - perhaps they're just having an Internet problem?
